After making the decision to buy a property in Spain, We set about trawling the Internet for a property to suit our family. To say it was over whelming was an understatement. We spoke to various real estate agents with regards to various properties. We were very cautious at first, especially as it was after the recession and the Spanish market was on its knees. We felt like a lot of the real estate agents didn't seem to have our interest or concerns at heart and it was all just hard selling, at this point we were about to throw in the towel! Dear David, I felt I must pen this email to express our gratitude for the amazing help and service you have provided to us during our first and subsequent visits to Marbella. Where do I start? Well the beginning I suppose! After extensive research trawling the internet my mother and I decided to take the plunge and come over to look at some apartments. After completing several enquiry forms on Rightmove Overseas we spoke to many companies and eventually made appointments with a couple of them to view what they had on their books, one of these companies being Marbella For Life. As you know when we first met you we were unaware of how the real estate business worked in Spain and did not realise that every agent has access to every single property for sale on the coast. I first spoke to Karen at ‘Marbella for life’ in December 2016 expressing my interest in purchasing an apartment in the Duquesa area.  I had some mild knowledge of the area through friends, but it was Karen and her team that were able to provide so much more detail on the area and after listening to our needs, in terms of property size, location, budget etc, she worked tirelessly in pulling together a portfolio of properties for us to view during our first visit in February 2017.
